Sorry for the inconvenience, but our Chat is finally back up, after a month of being offline. Our provider's server's hardware died. The entire system had to be re-built from both the hardware and software side. It took a week to get the hardware done, and about 2 weeks to get the software side done (because if you're going to re-do it anyways, you may as well do it correctly). I was given the login information today, so I got it back up tonight.

Apparently their backups failed as well, but I also back our information up (for the chat) every week (and for the rest of the website - daily), so no information was lost, and it took minutes to get back up and running.
