I consider this one frined of mine who lets call Angie my best friend. But she doesn't think of me anywhere near that.

I consider her really close to me and she means alot to me. She's the only one who I can truely connect with, and the one I can truely be myself with.

But I'm the one who puts in about 90% of the effort in our friendship. If I didn't call her or set up times we hang out, we wouldn't do anything together.

She is also talking to me alot how great her friends back where she moved from are and how she misses them and wants to go back sooo much. The way she describes it makes me feel really insignificant.

I know I probably sound whiny, but it really hurts me:(

That's never fun when you're in one of those situations. She doesn't soud like she gives back a whole lot to the relationship. Is there any way to talk to her about it, or would she just blow you off?

Also, if she doesn't treat you too well, you may consider not putting as much effort into the friendship and maybe trying to make other friends, ones who treat you the way you deserve to be treated.

Well that sure sucks. But it realy depends tho. Maybe she is just confused and still trying to fit in. Are you and her always together at school?
Are you together at lunch/break?
And how long have you known her?
:)
