Im 16 and im really unhappy.
Its like im invisible to my family, its like they dont even care about me.
I cry myself to sleep everyday, and i cant even sleep. I spend my time crying.
I reaaly feel like im nothing, its like im worthless.

I always pretend to be happy, i put on this face to fake everything.
Im scared that i do something stupid to hurt myself.

But i tolf my parents and i feel like they dont take me serioulsy, i cry so much everyday. I cutted myself twice already. I feel like they think im going through a phase, but im not. I feel better off dead.
I cant work at school, i cant sleep, i cant cencentrate, i feel unhappy and unwortly all the ttime.
Can someone PLEASE help me im scraed i will alwasy be like this?
My parents dont understand how i feel at all, they said that we weill see in december what happens, and i REALLY want to go back. ALL my family are back in my home country.
Should i talk to them again?

Hey there,
Sounds like this move was and is really overwhelming for you. Have you tried speaking to your school counselor? That could help you a lot; having someone to talk to. You could try talking to your parents/family again and letting them know that you just feel really sad and can't concentrate well and that you would like to see a therapist (that's if you want to, it seems like it could be beneficial tho since this move was a big change).

I agree, it seems like this was really overwhelming for you. Change of any kind can cause stress, and if you have moved and lost those family/friends who helped you cope with stress in the past, it can be even harder. Are there any other foreign students at your school or kids from your home country in your community? It could help to reach out and see if there are other people in a similar situation. I don't know anything about your community, but my high school had an international students club which allowed people to celebrate their national heritage and also to connect with other students who had moved from home. Try getting out and finding friends if you do not have a group like this. Join some clubs at school if you can or join a local community group. The busier you are, the easier it will be to feel at home there. And maybe you can get a job soon and start earning some money to go back and visit your family. Good luck :)
