How open are you with you family? Do you tell them secrets? Are they in the know in your life? How about friends?
I'll go first.
With most of my family (brothers sisters) I am pretty open, me and my little sisters talk about things i wouldnt even begin to discuss with alot of my friends. We talk about sex alot which is just because we have very off the wall conversations, and we gossip about whoever we arent talking to (not in the bad way though) im not so open with my brothers i do tell them things though, get advice from them when i need it. I dont have alot of friends (as i have such a large family 3 bros 3 sisters) Ive had a few back in highschool but i dont talk to them much anymore, I thought we were close and i could talk to them about anything, but alas just as my mother always said I would end up being better friends with my sisters than I would with anyone else. (man my mom is like a psychic)

I'm prety open with my mom - she's not judgmental and doesn't freak about things, so I tell her all sorts of things like how I'm getting frustrated with my gf, things I've done lately, classes, etc. She doesn't even care if I drink on occasion - it's nice because she realises that I'm an adult and even though I still depend on her (and we both know it!), I live away from home and make my own choices. Really, I don't do anything that I wouldn't want my mother knowing about - she's my friend on Facebook! Haha.

Im not really open with my family, i tend to lock myself away from them as the majority of time they ittirate me and we end up having arguments. The only time that i do tend to talk to my family is when they realised that somethings wrong, and even then i don't particularly want to talk to them, the majority of the time when I see them i open up, and talk to my cousin and foster sister, because they understand alot more than my imidiate family. My Mum is also a social worked so when i speak to her, she pulls the whole counselling thing, and i have a phobia of counsellors.
