I wanted to get people's opinions on when they think a persona is ready for sex.
For me, I believe that when a person is physically, and emotionally ready, then it's ok. I do think people should be in a relationship for their first time, as I don't know how emotionally ready you would be if you weren't.
Of course, I'm not judging people who do loose their virginity before a relationship, each to their own.
Now to your opinions [:

Personally I think 16 should be the Minimum. Around the age of 16 is when your body is physically ready for sex. Also at 16, if something should happen and the girl gets pregnant, you can get a job to help support the child.

I also believe before the age of 16, you really don't think about the consequences of your actions. Heck most 16 year olds still don't. I cringe when I hear of a 13 year old having sex. I just had started Sex Ed around that age, and just started having a period myself.

Personally if your not ready to deal with what comes with sex (babies, STD's, OBGYN appt's) then don't do it!

I believe dat a person can consent 2 sex wen dey r emotionally ready n kno al da methods on how 2 protect themselves. Age is nothing bt a stupid #. However, teens seem 2 hav sex bcuz dey feel pressure n end up havin regrets. Da decision 2 hav sex lies in da person's values, religion, n personal opinion on wen is da rite tyme. Im physically ready 4 sex bt deep inside, im nt ready 2 gve sum1 my virginity. Boys ask me al da tyme 2 hav sex bt i turn dem dwn bcuz dey jus wnt 2 satisfy dere desires n agendas.

I'm pretty much going to lean twords 18... that way there's no risk of "jail bait", you can live on your own, you can get a better job than flipping burgers, and you're out of high school. Then you're in the clear for most things.
