So like the title says.. I haven't had a period in almost 7 weeks now..
I did take a test about a week and a half ago or so.. maybe 2 weeks.. and it was negative. I don't have any signs of pregnancy other than my missing period.
So does anyone know anything besides stress that can delay a period this long??
Seriously.. it's almost getting annoying. I'll take another test this weekend if it doesn't come by then.. but I really don't want to waste the money when I know I'm not pregnant lol.

Something's gotta be in the air or water or food. My Fiance's period a couple months back was just about non-existant too. No cramps, no real bleeding (was a VERY small bit), tests showed negative, and sure enough, the next period was normal. It's possible your body skipped a period, and you just didn't release the egg, which didn't set off the lining buildup and shedding of the uterus.

Are you under any new stress? When my breakup happened, I didn't have a period at all that month because while I didn't feel stressed, I was. Any New Medications? Any rapid weight loss or gain? Anything new in your diet?

You can go to your local Planned Parenthood and get a test for free. That is what I ended up doing that month that I completely skipped. I donated $5 just because I felt bad.

I don't know about the states, but here in Canada some of the dollar stores (specifically Dollarama) carries old style pregnancy tests (not expired, but old style, where you have to pee in a cup, and use the eyedropper to drip pee into the test) for a dollar. These do work, as one of our friends, as well as a relative, tested multiple ones when they got pregnant.

Just make sure if you pick one up, to check the expiration date on it.
