So for those who have little ones..
Obviously we tend to go all out for the first birthday because it's rather special. My son will be turning 2 in December... And after the Disneyland trip I don't have the energy to put on a big party for his second birthday..
(Especially since it's right after thanksgiving)

Have any of you other mommies felt this way?
Did you still throw a big party or just do cake and ice cream?
Or did you skip everything and just have your lil one open some presents?

I say... keep it simple. A few friends and family, light food and cake! You just want to be able to take pictures to remember his 2nd birthday, but doesn't have to be crazy-big.

I've decided to just get a few balloons for him since he loves balloons. And just do the cake and ice cream.
