I cant seem to get through the phone lines when I call Sue Johanson so I figured I come to the place that answered all my questions growing up. My boyfriend and I at an interesting point in our sex life. He wants me to piss inside him after I cum. He says he thinks it would be really hot to feel like he's getting filled up by my dick. (I really think it's just going to be a diarrhea sensation followed by a mess...but i'll humor him). my question is, are there health issues we need to address here? such as could this cause an infection?

I think that if you have a history of urinary infections or kidney infections because you might give him one, it might be worth avoiding it. I'm sure there is possibly another health risk, but I don't know what they are.

Urine is actually quite sterile. I'm not sure if you can pass illness through urine, but i don't think you can. i say there is probably nothing to worry about, though.

Urine is sterile as it leaves the body, infectious pathogens develop during its fermentation period. But urine is also acidic, so you might expect the person to feel slightly irritated or develops a burning sensation down there.
