I can’t pacify this hunger
A fire that burns within me
Please don’t come around
I’m treading so softly
My will means nothing
What shall I become
I am
I will
When this self-destructive dance
Comes full circle
I rise
I fall
I won’t pacify this hunger
This madness that burns within me
Please come around
You’re treading so softly
Your good intentions mean nothing
What have I become
I lied
I died
When this self-destructive dance
Comes full circle
What guise shall I wear ‘till we meet again

Very deep. That is one very good poem. Keep writing, you have talent.
