Hello there, I just recently created my own website, it's an advice website which offers Email, Chat and Web Advice Services for all ages, and i've been trying to advertise to get people to join and to spread the word. Uh, I thought it was in the rules to not post a person's website that related to helping teens...or of that sort??

10. Spamming is not permitted. Spamming is advertising other sites in areas other than chit-chat, and/or posting multiple topics in multiple forums.
