Ok so my penis has pimple like things on the underside. I have no idea what they are because they don't look like zits. They just are small and round. I don't know if it is serious or not.

Are you talking about the area just below the head of the penis?
Are they the same color [Or maybe a little lighter] then the penis itself?
Are there about 3 to 7 of them - or so?
If so - those 'pimple like things' are supposed to be there.
Most - if not all - penises have them.
Chances are - those little things have been there for a long time now - and you just happened to notice.
That said... IF you've been having sex and something unusual shows up on your penis OR if hurts to pee OR if there's an odd tingling sensation that feels like it's coming from with the penis - in fact anything obviously 'not right' - go to a doctor and get it looked at. Never be afraid to take care of your body.
