I speak French in 4 classes in highschool...french immersion, it's higher than all those french I and II's I think...cos I took all my jr. high classes in french.
and now in high school..
I'm taking..
Ancient History...
Science....
French...
and Drama all in french.
it's easy....and I need 9 french creds by the end of teh year...yay me!

I took Spanish I in eighth grade and hated it (the teacher sucked). So I'm taking German I and II this year, then III next year. Our teacher rocks, so apparently we're pretty advanced for a German I class already. Yay.

I'm in French 201 and German 330, and IDPT 250 which is a class in German about German art. I'm a sophomore in college.
I took 4 years of German in high school, and a year of ancient Greek.
I'm fluent in German.
Satan's Dollie, no offense intended towards you, but I highly doubt you are as fluent as you think. Trust me, your mind will delude you into thinking you are more proficient than you are. The reason I can confidently assert I am fluent in German is because when I was in Germany over spring break people were suprised to find out I was an American. Trust me, you need lots of practical experience with native speakers of the language to get really fluent, because native speakers use it a lot different than your teacher will teach it.

I'm in Spanish 1. I think maybe I should drop it. I already know a foriegn language..fluently. So there's no point in taking another one. I mean, for school or anything. I don't really need it for my own personal benfit, either. Bah. Whatever. I hate LEARNING a different language.

I'm gonna take French next semester. I already took it in seventh grade. But I failed. Then I got points taken off on one of the tests for not mentioning the color of my underwear.
