Performing A System Restore

My computer's messed, and I saved all my old pics and work onto a CD.

I'm ready to doa system restore.



I use windows XP.



Do I just clikc system restore, would I need a certain number..or will it be fine like when the guy hooked it up for us, all I did was fill out stuff..?

I have a dell too..

But i have no clue...



But Windows XP is pretty explaintory when you try to do something....so just go to that thing and just look around...
