I had my ears pierced, infected, re-pierced. 3 times. And there's not much of a scar. It's only your belly button it wouldn't even matter and if you don't mess with it too much it prolly won't scar at all.

The scar wont be very noticable at all....and even if its in for a long time it will eventually close..

I've had mine pierced for over a year and I can't leave it out for over 8 hours before it starts to heal shut again. And it looks like I would have a little scar there if I took it out =\

I want to get mine done this summer :D

But anyways, you prolly will just have a little scar, unless like my friend, the person was high when they did it, and it gets infected because the tools were not clean...she has a bigger scar.

But you can always put cover up on the scar..

Thats what I would do anyway...

See I don't know My sister had hers done twice and it has like scar tissue inside it...it's just a little bump and you can't see it if you just glance at it...you have to get all in depth!!!

Like everyone else said, it will obviously scar but it won't be too bad.

The worse that will happen is that you'll get it infected then take it out and the scar tissue underneath will heal over and you'll have a little bump. It's never too bad though.
