Like 90% of the photos for members I've seen DO NOT work... I'm assuming this is only ones that have attempted an upload. How do you MAKE THEM work? lol.

If they don't work, its their host. Host like Geocitites do not allow photos/graphics to be linked. Theres nothing you can do about it. Its their host.

Yes, Completely. Hosts like TRIPOD and GEOCITIES are crap.

Which is why I use PhotoBucket to host my pictures.

I offer Image Hosting through my development server.
I host all images up to 5MB per user w/ Unlimited Bandwidth.
