In schools administrators only require reasonable suspicion to perform a search, much less than probably cause that a police officer requires. And lockers are school property, they can search them anytime, and if you have a parking permit and your car is on school grounds you almost always have signed something permitting them to search your car.

When I was in Jr.High two kids got sent to Juvinile Hall for selling marijuana. I would bring alcohol to school and share it with my friends in 7th lol. School is so much more interesting when you have a drunk 13 y/o boy for entertainment. I never get caught for that stuff though. I get caught for the little stuff. Fighting on campus, tagging, etc. Otherwise I would so be transferred to another school
