A few minutes ago I was out in my dads work shop looking for some of his weed to steal. I saw a poster in there that had a Mexican woman almost completely bareing her breasts, and remembered a discussion my dad and I had about it. In the background there are people working in feilds, and the woman is holding up the Mexican flag. My dad said that he thinks it's a beautiful picture because of the culture that it shows, and the sexyness of it. He liked how it was both.
But my question is, why must women bare their body's to be considered "sexy"?
All you ever see on television is "sexyness", all the celebrity's want to look "sexy" for the Golden Globe awards, and almost all of the women wear lowcut dresses and show way too much of their body's.
Personally, I take this as extreme descrimination.
What do you guys think? Why do you have to look 'slutty' to be 'sexy'?

I agree with you that its descriminating.
The society these days show that a women's body is sexy and so the more women show, the sexier they are I guess.
Also guys find girls bodies to be sexy and a turn on, so the more of their body they show, the more the guy is going to be turned on and think she is sexy.

You should be greatful you are a girl. I doubt a guy could flaunt his body by wearing low cut tops LOL! They can dress to look smart...but not dress to flaunt

But I also believe we shouldn't have to flaunt it to have people know we've got it, hahaha.. That was funny in my head.

I think that today sexy is to be daring and an extremeist and everyone thinks that seeing all but nipples and boxes is sexy. when really sexy is to be yourself coverd. i think someone who is truely sexy can look such dressed in grubbies and done up all nice in a conservative dress. some people just want to have that shock factor

And anyway...looking at someone's body is not a crime. So they think you're attractive - big deal. I think women can use their bodies in so many ways men can't, and I'm glad of having that advantage
And women's bodies are nice to look at. If a girl walks towards me with her legs and cleavage on display then of course I'm going to look at her
And I'll probably find her more sexy than a girl wearing baggy jeans and a sweater. Women have a lot more clothes that can show off these kinda things...so it's considered sexy when she wears them. I don't think it's discrimination, I think it's just human nature. If you don't like it then you don't have to flaunt yourself. Just let other women do what they want and you do your thing.

All men think different kinds of women are sexy. Some might not like women that bare all, and like the mystery of what's underneath instead.
None of me or my freinds dress particularly sexy in the way that you're saying, but because the type of guys that we are out with don't like the stereotypical sexy girl, they still find us attractive in that way.
Furthermore, i think men are treated just the same sometimes.
