that doesn't matter..
ppl are convicted for murder because they have hired someone to kill a person, yet they did not physically kill the victim.
but actually, in Canada, as I said before and so did someone else, we have convicted ppl for bullying and verbally abusing someone enough until they become emotionally and mentally unstable enough to kill themselves...
but if you think about it... for anyone who has been bullied, every single day, without any escape and no matter what you say or do knowing that these ppl will never like you, never be nice to you and never stop hating you... some ppl do ponder suicide because of this, they do hurt themselves because of this, and they do kill themselves because of this.... and those kids who bullied them were at fault, whether they meant to or not... it was unintentional murder... which is manslaughter.
