Hello - A Little About The Host.

Post by mripguru »

Hello Everyone,

My name is Jonathan M. Slivko (jslivko@helpingteens.org) and I'm currently the Systems Administrator (a.k.a Mr. Fix-It) for HelpingTeens.org and formerly TeenHelp.org. I am currently 22 years old and in college at Pace University in New York City, NY (http://www.pace.edu) studying Technology Systems.

For as long as I can remember, I've always been attracted to computers - some would even dare to say from birth ;). Well, thats a discussion for another thread, but anyways - lest I get off track. All throughout my high school years, oh so long ago, I was always working on computers - even in place of working with people at times for reasons which even today I cannot comprehend.

As a profession, I work for Invisible Hand Networks, Inc. (http://www.invisiblehand.net) as a Systems/Network Administrator, maintaining both their internal and external systems for their "Bandwidth-On-Demand" platform (If anyone is interested in learning a little about it, feel free to PM me). All in all, it's a very interesting day job.

Well, any questions? If so, feel free to post and I'll try and answer as best I can :)

Thanks, and have a good life :)

Jonathan M. Slivko

P.S. If anyone is interested why I chose the handle mripguru - it's simply a condensed version of Mr. IP Guru :).
.... and then the post was through.

Once in a lifetime, when every star that lights the sky.

Will shine with one reason, leading your heart to the one love you find.

Just once in your life..

Hey!

Yeah, I'd be interested in learning about a bit about what you do if you have the time! :)

And I love this site...I'm glad that you're the administrator. You seem like a nice guy.

Cheers,
