Yesterday afternoon I flew to Vegas with Brad and we got there late and just chilled in our room for a while and then this moring we woke up at 8:00 in the moring and walked around the city all day and everything.. and flew back home tonight. I actually just got home less than an hour ago..
but you see now I feel awful. Like I am all depressed and weird.. and things are really bothering me. Could it be the lack of sleep?

Maybe its jet lag? Because that usually happens if you go to a different time zone. Thats if it is a different time zone in Vegas...

Yeah, it's most likely a lack of sleep. People tend to get unhappy when they're short on sleep. Just sleep in tomorrow.

But yeah, that's normal. Your biological clock just got thrown off. I read about a new study where if you expose yourself to sunlight, it will help you adjust to time change faster.

Ah i went to Spain bout a month ago with a 6 hr time change..which i adapted to scarily well..but, when I try to take naps I feel like you feel now.. lol. if i sleep for jus like 1/2 hr to 2 hrs or so then wake up... ooh man i'm in the most terrible mood lol. goes away after ya sleep for a lil or just get back to your normal schedule
