I got my new report card today with GPA:



2.6403 C+ 111/324

Well last marking period I got a 2.0 But this one i have a 3.0 as of right now..lol

Last year i didnt do quite as badly as i htought, i think i had like a 2.7. This semester I think i moved it up to about a 3 or 3.3.

How do you calculate your GPA?

I'm from Canada and we don't get that kinda mark...

It depends how many classes you have per day, what kind of grading scale your school uses, and how many points you get per class

our GPA at my school is out of a 100 and i had a 92.675 - which is 0.325 below an A which sucks - but by class rank i dont sound nearly as stupid - im 29 outa 119

Do far (9th, 10th grade) i had a 3.925



so far this year i have 3 A's 3 B's but so thats a 3.5 :'(

lol mine is a bit different that all of yours...I have an 11.235 hehe outta 12. it works like this..



A+..12

A..11

A-..11

B+..10

and on down.



So I have an A average. :D

my gpa is like jess's out of 12. i got like a 9.6, but my grades were already sent to the college's i've applied to and they were closer to a 9.9 then. so i really don't care any more

We calculate ours on a 4.0 scale.



Which means:

A=4

B=3

C=2

D=1

F=0



After you add those all together you divide it by the number of classes you have. Here's mine:



AP English, A = 4 +1 (extra point for being an AP class)

Media Production, A = 4

AP Government, B = 3 + 1

Floral Design, A = 4

Accounting, A = 4

Chemistry, B = 3



24/6 = 4.0



Which means I'm totally cool and have a 4.0, I'm so smart :D

No, actually I'm 3rd out of 29 people in my class, we're so small.
