Okay, I sort of asked this question in another topic..but it wasn't answered lol so I'll try here.
I bought birth control (via a prescription, and with cash). I know some insurances cover that.. I marked on the papers i filled out that I was just using the College Insurance that I assume I'm signed up for lol.
Whether I pay for it, or the insurance covers some...will my parents be able to see what was covered by the insurance? Do they get some form of a bill from the insurance company..or is the prescription bill sent directly to the insurance company while my family continues paying a straight fee for general insurance?
Thanks

Re: Insurance
Hmm, I would think it would be a general fee, both to cover confidentiality issues, and because the insurance shouldn't rise when used, meaning there is no need to itemise costs.
Don't quote me on this, though - I answered using common sense and not fact, since I don't live in the US. Why not ask a friend who is in your position or the people that give you oral contraception?
Take care,
Lena.
