hey, does anyone here know that if in cali, a 16 yr old can drop outta highschool with a parents concent? please and thanks if you do.

i may be wrong but i think that is pretty much the president set throuhgout the nation, right?
cuz i know in PA it is 16...maybe its not president but its the most common...
