Die Fucking Left Hand!

OK, I have a problem similar to TTM, but it's more like twisting it, sometimes to the point where I can't untwist it and I have to pull it out. I'm working on stopping it myself. It's a compulsion, and I want to stop, because it's fucking up my hair. And it always seems to be my left side. I don't know how to stop. I try to, but I just end up doing it more. If this doesn't fucking stop, I'll have to never have long hair (and I don't want to have short hair just because of this god damn fucking bullshit compulsion!!)
