Email Help?
What happened to the help through emails? I found when someone emailed you back you got a lengthier, more thought out response then the "here's another post to add to my count" paragraph. Its a little more private and it was more stressed upon making sure all the help emails got a reasonable amount of answers back.

Helplink is being redone. it had way to many bugs in it, and was just breaking down. we are in the process of having a new helplink done. It will be back, but for now you'll just have to stick with the support groups..
