What age do you have to be to decide where you live. My mom and family are moving to NY this summer and I live in GA but I dont want to leave because I am starting my Sr. Year and theirs a very special girl down here that i do not want to leave. I was going to try to stay with my grandmother till I graduate but I dont know the laws. Can anyone help? e-mail me at JASNCC2004@hotmail.com

Depends on the state. Up here in Michigan its 17. At age 17, you can leave and theres nothing your parents can do about it. You'lll have to look it up online, because laws differ from state to state.

Yes it depends on the state.....anf if you want to live with your grandmother then sit down with the 3 of them and talk to them and explain why you don't want to leave.
When I saw you... I was afraid to talk to you.

When I talked to you... I was afraid to hold you

When I held you... I was afraid to love you

Now that I love you... I'm afraid to lose you

Sometimes Love hurts... But if it doesn't hurt

Then it isn't love... Hold on to the person you love...

Before they slip away... Or else you can never get them back... And I died when you left me...

But I lived for the 2 years you loved me... Untill there was you,

I cried myself to sleep.

While I had you, I fell asleep with a gentle smile on my face.

Before I lost you, I worried myself to sleep..

Now that I know you are gone, I sit up at night, Waiting for you to come back.

Dont your parents agree with you staying with your grandmom? Maybe if you talk to them, and promise be good and all that, they would let you stay with her.

The beauty of the abyss.

The anticipation, like anticipating the greatest sex, an existential foreplay.

Looking down into oblivion and voidness.

The ground far, far away as it seems from here, but in reality only a couple of seconds away.

Standing there.

Feeling eternity in a restricted world.

Feeling a decision in a prefabricated existence.

Ummm... I'm thinkin here. I think you can sue for your own independance, but that is only in extreme cases, and I doubt it works very often. As for other options, I don't know. Sorry bud.
