Out Of Town!

Post by She »

Ahh! Looks like I'm going to be out of town. Tomorrow through the 3rd of July

That completely snuck up on me. Erf. Um. Gonna be in Cali.

Be good while I'm gone. Don't have too much fun without me. Wear clean underwear.

Cheers, and see ya then!

And all the roads we have to walk along are winding

And all the lights that lead us there are blinding

There are many things that I would

Like to say to you

I don't know how

Because maybe

You're gonna be the one who saves me?

And after all

You're my wonderwall

ATTENTION: Due to finanical difficulties, the light at the end of the tunnel has been switched off.

"They turn the lights down low,

In shadows hiding from the world,

Only coming out when it gets cold.

The seas part when they hit the floor,

The voices carry on and out the door

And everything you touch turns into gold

Like the angel you are you laugh creating a lightness in my chest,

Your eyes they penetrate me,

(Never cease to amaze me)

That's when I got up and left" Like The Angel - Rise Against

Im out of clean underwear.
To feel the wind tearing at my clothes, the elements.

The only truth left in a world of lies and hypocrisy.

The beauty of the abyss.

The anticipation, like anticipating the greatest sex, an existential foreplay.

Looking down into oblivion and voidness.

The ground far, far away as it seems from here, but in reality only a couple of seconds away.

Standing there.

Feeling eternity in a restricted world.

Feeling a decision in a prefabricated existence.

I know! It went down the day I left and came back the day (or two days, or something) after I returned. How CRAZY COOL is that.

I was up in Northern Cali, Heather, in the Bay area. I'm fairly certain clouds don't exist there. I did not see a single cloud the whole ten days. And it was hooot. (Record breaking temperatures, oh boy.) But no humidity and no mosquitos, so you know, can't complain ;)

Anyways, glad to be back.

Have oodles of fun babe :)
Whatever our failings may be, we need not lower our eyes in the presence of Jesus...Jesus comes not for the super-spiritual but for the wobbly and the weak-kneed who know they don't have it all together, and who are not too proud to accept the handout of amazing grace. As we glance up, we are astonished to find the eyes of Jesus open with wonder, deep with understanding, and gentle with compassion.
