I Dont Wanna Move!

My mom has known this guy for like a year and they're like going out or whatever and hes like kinda rich i think. Anyways..my mom was talking to me one day and shes like do you wanna move? And i was like hell no! But if i did move into his house which is big, i would have a huge room with my own bathroom and a pool and a big backyard. But where I live now if the best place! All my friends go to the same school as me and they all live near me. If I move to my mom's boyfriends house then i'll have to go to a new school and i wont know anyone and i'll barely see my friends. :'( Plus, in his neighbrohood, there is like no kids! When I think about moving it like kills me and then I think about what i'll have in my new house and i'm like okay what next? I dont want to move but i kinda do. please help!
