Cheerleading....
Is any of you trying out for cheerleading...because I have only been in it one year..and that was 8th grade and... now I have to try out for high school cheerleadinga and I am really out of shape and was wondering if anybody had any tips on getting into shape for it and some stuff that judges like... thanks!!!!
The whole idea of fitting in is crazy to me.
Why would you want to be just like everyone else?

wow i'm a cheerleader too, and its pissing me off...well except for like 4 people on it....lol thank god its over, hmmm i would start running, and start stretching, and conditioning, do this ever week and then increase as u go on
40 crunches (40 on each side
50 push ups (3 sets of 15 one set of 10)
30 cherry pickers
40 seconds of table tops
30 calf raises
yeah i cna't think anymore...
by the end of doing this i was up to 150 crunches lol....yeah !!
..ok i was just exagerating i was up to 70 and i like died

I am a cheerleader for highschool but then again i have been in it since i was 9 and i am now 15 but all you have to do is do your best and make up a really good and easy dance

yeah for our cheerleading try outs we have to make up our own dance and it has to be good enough to make the team
