The dude has died. Shooting someone with coke when they were that far gone won't have helped, and might even have made things worse.
If someone doesn't respond to yelling or slapping or pinching their earlobes, they need oxygen because their brain has stopped telling them to breath, and a racing heart without oxygen coming in is going to make things worse faster.
Coke sometimes does work, but only when someone isn't real far gone to start with.

It looks like you just saved someone's life. Nice work!
Someone needs to stay with the person who just overdosed for the next couple of hours, because they could go over again (especially if they do more dope, take any pills or drink any alcohol). If you can't do it, try and leave them with someone else. If that isn't an option either, at least try and leave them in a public place so there's a chance some passer-by might notice if they lose consciousness again.

The narcan you gave them will start wearing off sometime in the next 30 to 45 minutes in a lot less time than heroin, pills or alcohol last. They could overdose again when the narcan wears off, so someone needs to stay with them. Also, if you gave them a lot of narcan, they'll probably be really dopesick and might want to shoot their way out of it. If you let them, when the narcan wears off they'll have all the new dope on top of what they already had (which was enough to make them OD in the first place, right?).

The dude has died. Kicking them in the crotch might have helped earlier on (although there's other ways to bring them out of a heavy nod that aren't so evil), but they were way too far gone for it to help.
If someone isn't conscious, you want to be checking to make sure their airway is clear and they're still breathing, and if anything is wrong do something about it. If you don't know how, you're going to have to call 911 so they can give you directions over the phone. If you don't want to have to call 911, then this would be a good time to learn CPR.
