Harry Potter

Post by FallonCeceAda »

Hey, as you see from my sig and pic and icon, I am crazy bout Harry Potter, the movie comes out 6/4/04 what do u guys think?
I was talking to God, and I asked him

"God why don't you create a scientist who can find the cure for AIDS/HIV and Cancer? Why can't you send a leader to give world peace?"

You know what God said?

"I did, but you all killed them in the womb."

I personally can't wait, I hope the hype is good enough for it........I love the movies, although I never got into the books very much. (I prefer non-fiction these days.) But I still can't wait to see the movie, my boyfriend's never seen any of them and it's about time I dragged him into one.
I love Alanis Morissette, The White Stripes, Sheryl Crow, The Beatles, Fiona Apple, Tori Amos, The Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Bjork, U2, and so many others that influence my music. Write if you are interested.

For real, it could be very good. But nothig beats Passion of the Christ!

I hope its good :) I'm waitng untill the movies are done w/ before i read the books. Its really never a good idea to read a book then watch a movie, since movies are ALWAYS down sized to fit a 90min time slot...

I liked the books alot more than the movies! They took out too much from the movies.

It's b/c the mind creates the best, most creative pictures.

I bought a T-shirt at Hot Topic the other day. It has the mug shot of Sirius Black on it, and it says "Have you seen this wizard?". It's seriously the kewlest thing I've bought all year. I cannot WAIT til' the third movie.

On another note, my Dad does stained glass, and he's teaching me. We made a lamp, and it has Gryffindor written in yellow, the rest of the lamp is red, it's got a wand shooting stuff from it, and a lion on it. We got the base for it in Gatlinburg. It's a horned owl, that's so real looking it's scary. I LOVE HARRY POTTER!!!

The movies are nothing compared to the books.

I'm loyal to the books. I've been reading them since 1998 and i dont know whether i'll see this one. The last two i found rather boring.

Well, I mean, the books are amazing in my opinion, but I think the movies are pretty good too.
