Uh... he got fired here, that is what silenced him, not being sued. This spawned from ligitament buisness practice, not litigation.

howard stern has been on his last leg for a long time now any ways. i just hate all his bush bashing. he blames bush for all this. he has no reasons.

he has his reasons just like everyone else has theres. not like everyone hates bush, but i don't like him either.
