How do you turn a .bmp to a .gif or a .jpg image?
I was talking to God, and I asked him
"God why don't you create a scientist who can find the cure for AIDS/HIV and Cancer? Why can't you send a leader to give world peace?"
You know what God said?

Unfortunatly, the only way I know how is through paint.
Open it in paint then save as and then when it says save file as (with a drop down menu) I change it.
It always makes the color all funky though.

you can also do it going under the file name... then changing it

gif files are limited to 256 colour, that's why.

that's just like renaming an exe (executable program) to a doc and saying it's now a document. It doesn't work that way. You must convert it
