I love Monty Python.

My favorite scenes...the killer rabbit, trojan rabbit, the witch, etc.

It's a great film. For some reason the line that always sticks in my head is "She turned me into a newt...well I got better"

Anyways. Great film and for those who haven't seen it I suggest you do.

Oh look! Theres the man from Scene 24!

What's he doing 'ere?

He is the keeper of the bridge of death!

He who seeks to cross this bridge must answer me these questions three, ere the other side he sees.

I am not afraid bridgekeeper!

WHAT is your name?

I am Sir Lancelot of the Knights of the Round Table!

WHAT is your quest?

My quest is to seek the holy grail for my lord, King Arthur!

WHAT is your favourite colour?

Blue.

Alright off you go.

I can recite that whole scene from memory... its a bitch to type it though lol and im a bit rusty... i should go watch it again... or maybe not seeing as it brings back painful memories...

I think the life of brain is better but . . . nm
You spurn my natural emotions

You make me feel like dirt

And I'm hurt

And if I start a commotion

I run the risk of losing you

And that's worse

Ever fallen in love with someone

Ever fallen in love

In love with someone

Ever fallen in love

In love with someone

You shouldn't've fallen in love with

I can't see much of a future

Unless we find out what's to blame

What a shame

And we won't be together much longer

Unless we realize that we are the same

*sniffles* lol it brings tears to my eyes that so many peopl elike monty python!!! lol, oh man my fave scenes are the black knight scenes, and then french men scenes, the one in the beginning and end. oh man, its a great movie. i havent seen the life of brian, my mom wont let me, and ive only seen/remember certain parts of the meaning of life but my fave part in the meaning of life is when the fat guy eats a lot and then the waiter brings over a thin wafer and he says "oh all right just one more then" and he eats it and then he explodes!!! its sick but i find it hilarious, i also love their show "and now for something completely different" my mom wont let me see any of their other stuff....yet. but i will once i turn 17. monty python rockls!!! w00t! :D
Lots of love,

Rachel

The Holy Grail is an excellent movie, but Monty Python in general is genius. You should see some of their stuff from Fying Circus sometime.(their TV show from the 70's, similar to SNL except 10 times weirder)

I encourage everyone to check out their tv series "Monty Python's Flying Circus". They usual have the dvds at Barnes and Noble. Check out the first two seasons, if only for The Dead Parrot Sketch, The Lumberjack Song, Nudge Nudge, The Dirty Fork Sketch, Crunchy Frog, Joke Warfare in WW2, Ministry of Silly Walks, The Spanish Inquisition, The Spam Song, a game show called "Blackmail", and Communist figures on a quiz show
