Microsoft Word's spellcheck actually taught me the difference between "it's" and "its" a while back.

Does that make sense to you? It doesn't for me because I see words and associate them with a certain meaning. Like when I read the word there, I associate that with a place, not people.



I care, because I don't get what they're talking about. Not knowing the difference is really sad, as I've said they teach you this point every year in school.

Well shoot!, that is not a nice sentence. If someone typed sentences out like that all the time I would probably die.

well i think that it is real stupid how people dont know that i mean we have been learning it since second grade and they reateach it atleast untill the 12th grade english class right? -MARY

Yeah, they teach it in college english classes too. You're expected to know it, but they always refresh the basics.
