Actually Dustin, I was watching ABC world news tonight, and They had an artical about the draft and I QUOTE

"If there is one more war, the draft will be reinstated"

so even though this bill wasn't passed, I STILL worry about it in the future if Bush is reelected.

Actually, it was never a RUMOR. There was and STILL IS (despite the one that just died) PENDING LEGISLATION. Rumor about the draft? Don't call it sheer stupidity Dustin. You're 18, this is something that should concern you.

It will never happen Cindy. If I died - It would mean the end of my bloodline. That's what stops only children from being drafted. If that (what you linked to above) ever came to pass... How quickly do you think this government would be overthrown?
