Know Much Bout Mysql Or Ms Access?

does anyone know how to use mysql or ms access. I am trying to start some forums on my server. I have installed mysql and ms access, and i need to get familiar with databases. I have checked up manuals and all that nonsense, but it is no good cause i can barely understand them. If someone knows a lot about either database sources, could you please help me create a user on mysql then help me make an user. Or if you know much about Ms Access, ditto.

What exactly do you want to know? MySQL and Access are two totally different systems, not even related to each other except they both can use SQL syntax (outside of Access' wizards), and you can use ODBC to connect to them.

Oh my god. Since when is 4 pages going to kill you? In fact, I highly recommend that you do read it because there is useful information in there and you can't really learn MySQL or any database for that matter without reading through the manual and applying what you read. muhahahahaha that is where skye is wrong, i didnt do a single math assignment last chapter and i passed where i hadnt passed the last two test and i did all the assignments. hmmmm n e ways ill read em and tell you whut they say k slaw?
