If your getting pop ups without IE open, its then a trojan horse thats on your computer, even if you try to clean it out with your virus scan or spy remover, it will still be on because its now embened into your registry...if you have windows xp turn off system restore..and then run your virus remover..then you have to go into the registry and delete the file
