I'm such a dumbass.



I'm going to a The Used, Taking Back Sunday, My Chemical Romance, Five For Fighting concert in like...two hours.



And I barely like The Used. How pathetic am I? I'm going because an old "friend" of mine is...hahahaha. But yes. I thought I'd just say that. And I'll tell y'all how good they were when I get back.

The emo DID traumatize me.



But fuck - the Used was actually pretty amazing. While singing "A Box Of Sharp Objects" the bassist hit him REALLY hard on the back with a frying pan to get him to scream louder.



Insaaaane, I'm telling you. I had a good time. Taking Back Sunday cancelled, which was lucky for me. I Hate Kate played...they're okay for an emo band. Then they had this opening band from like, Vegas play. They fucking sucked. They even had to play their own applause, lmao. And the only time the audience cheered for them was when they said they had one more song.



So I overall had a good time. Though straight edge kids moshing...not a good idea, lmao. Too many brass knuckles.

The Used came here a couple of weeks ago. And of course the rents wouldn't let me go. It would have been fucking awesome from the sound of it.

Bah, I couldnt get out of work in the summer to go to warped, and Taking Back Sunday was playing. And Taking Back Sunday is like..emo-lite, its upbeat. But sad words.



Anyhoo, I'll just cross my fingers for a Dashboard Confessional (acoustic sets), Taking Back Sunday, Something Corporate concert. It will be a good old crying fest.
