Iraq Voting

Post by *mel* »

Hey, I was just wondering what you guys thought about the voting in Iraq taking place tomorrow (Sunday)

Do you think it will go through and people will get to the polls to vote, or will they be to scared (with good reason though) Do you think Iraq will launch into a revolutionary state?

Would you go to the polls and vote and risk your life, if you were over there and had the chance of dying? What would you do?

Just some thoughts and questions.

Ahhh, bah.....well I guess we kind of know how it has gone right now. I got up this morning and turned on CNN and was very surprised to find 72% of Iraq voted!!!! OMg, I'm so excited....I wasn't sure that the people would go to the polls and vote because of the risk of death, but I'm so happy that they did. Now we'll just have to wait for the results.........
