pwned is the 'leet' word of owned. It was created because the p and the o are so close together that someone started mis-typing it all the time, and it just grew on to people. Some people cay pwned for owned and some people say j00 (pronounced you) to LOOK cool and all high tech...
in reality, those people get laughed at for staying that stuff.... maybe not on public messages, but definately in private. Using those terms makes people look like they are 12 and don't know how to talk, or just are childish.
