My BF is one of the crazy ones trying to get the new Wii. Of course the voice of reason in me tells him "Honey just lost your job, not the best idea"



Then theres me whos up and thought, what the hell Ill check Amazon. Of course there saying its not avaialble yet.



Ahh well, not something I am dieing for anyone, so off to bed!

On a serious note, i've never been a fan of console systems. Controllers dont seem to by my forte, i'm more a... keyboard and mouse person.



But very nice gift, i'm sure he'll love it.

I have not heard anything good about the PS3. I heard it wont play all PS games like they say it will, and it overheats as well.

I heard the PS3 isn't something to be excited about, too. Then again, I got a cousin that's both a HUGE computer/game freak, and works at Wal-Mart. : P

I don't think I'd buy it for my boyfriend. Only because he wouldn't use it that much anyway. He's more of a drawing person.

My cousin was standing in line for 30 hours waiting for one. Had his $600. Some guy came up to him, and offers him $1200 for his spot in line.

At a local best buy there was so many people pushing up against the glass, that it cracked and nearly broke. Also I heard at another one (not sure if it's in the area or not but it wouldn't surprise me if it was) someone got shot over one. Craziness!

At this one best buy in a rural city they had 3 or 4 of them and they had a huge line of people waiting and someone had this idea to set up 3 chairs and a starting line and have the people run as fast as they could and who ever got in the chairs got to buy it!!!!!!!!!!!!! LOL

You know what I should've done, I shouldve rushed out there and wait with these guys camp out in the car till the line officially begins then I get the number 1 spot....sell that spot to some loser down the line for oh say $400-$700, then I take that dude's spot and sell his spot to the next idiot for oh say $100-$300, then take that dude's spot and sell it to the next idiot for oh say $100-$200 and then I leave, cash in hand and feeling like a genius

over priced yes but so is everything else in this world, does it serve any purpose? No, a lot of people stand and say yeah you're nuts for buying something like that but so are some of the other people for buying brand name clothing, brand name shoes, for buying jewelry and cameras and all these other things that really don't serve much of purpose in our own lives, but much like these boys and gamers, we do it anyway because we find it fun.
