Babies!

Our fishies had babies!!

We used to have about 5 adult fishies.. but we had one that killed another one.. and then started to attack the other two.. so we got rid of him when we moved into the new house.

Our two fishies that were left have been hiding in the rocks for bout a month or so..

And my hubby called me today told me to look in the tank..

And theres about 5/6 lil babies swimming around!



So just keep your fingers crossed.... hopefully the parents wont eat them <img src='http://www.helpingteens.org/groups/publ ... #>/sad.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':(' />

hehe fishes, i dont think unless there is something wrong with the hatchlings that they will eat them,

They're evil mean cichlid fishies though so even if there's nothing wrong with the babies they could still eat them.. <img src='http://www.helpingteens.org/groups/publ ... #>/sad.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':(' />



So far they're doing good though.. the babies swim out of the rocks to get food then back in.. and they swim around the bottom rock away from the plecko fishie which is also good.

he he he he he... cats eat their babies too.... lol. i had fishes that kept having babies, so i gots rid of them... it was weird the babies would look like a little black cloud,

Lol we have kitties but they're all fixed.

They're big enough that my son now knows they're in there.. and if you ask him where the babies are he'll go up to the tank and talk to them lol

i had mollies and they looked like a black cloud cuz there was so many of them.... it was odd...

Aw fish babies sound cute. Unless they are eaten, not cute.
