one question, how long does hair dye last before you can see the origional color agian???

it depends on what kind you buy, there are some temporary ones that wash out in 3-5 days or even a month, but the permanant hair dyes depend on how fast your hair grows. so no one can really day.

That's true. Some dyes are different. Most of the unnatural colors last probably mostly for up to six weeks or so. But most original ones...just doesn't really. But I guess it depends on the brand. Mine's coming on cuz you can start to see the blond tips.

Well, it depends on what kind of dye is used. With a rinse, it usually washes out in 6-8 weeks, but it can vary depending on what the box says. Permanent dye doesn't wash out. It may fade a little, but your natural color never comes back unless you dye it back.

I used peroxide on my hair, and my hair is chocolate chip brown (meaning soooo dark its almost black), and i just highlighted it like.... over spring break, and its lookin really cool now that my hair is growing out.

Sorry, I worded that kind of confusingly. Yes, when hair grows... it will grow in its natural color. The hair that was dyed won't go back to your natural color though. So, unless you want to wait for a whole head of hair to grow back, then I suggest dying the hair to get the natural color back.

well it sorta depends waht color ur hair is& what color ur goin 2 if y ahave it done @ tha salon like i do then bout 6wks 4 me but i am a lt brown & i dye to a platinum blonde its really cute** but if u use like store baught then about like 4wks or summin hope i helped !!!
