It is now official. All posts in ANY FORUM of the HelpingTeens Lounge will NOT COUNT TOWARDS YOUR POST COUNTS.

Not even self expression? I have to say i agree with chit chat and entertainment and all that not counting towrds post count... but the self expression seems like a vaild form to me, just my oppion, not a really big deal though hehe.

maybe selfexpression shouldnt be in the Teenhelp lounge forum, and be in some where else like general maybe. im gonna post a suggestion for this.

I don't see why useless posts should get you credit in the teenhelp ranking. I don't see how starting or reply to anything in the lounge helps anybody and therfor if it were to be counted the user ranks would be incorrect... I do think its nice how alot of other users where able to get into the 2XXX before this was stopped... They got alot of credit for alot of rubbish..

It matters when somebody achieves a level of "Super Helper" when all they do is talk about whats on TV. I think the ranking system is there to show who has more experience in doing this. If I had posted in every dumb topic that came along way back when the SGS where opened I'd have the 2XXX level by now, But no, I stayed and actually went into the help areas and did things. And funny thing, i'm still considered a "member" ..... But thats because my post count shrinks 200 or so every time i get up in the higher numbers... I don't care though...

But it's just a few good topics. That doesn't mean you should make EVERYONE have post counts in Chit-Chat JUST for that.



I agree. Entertainment,fashion, and chit-chat shouldn't have post counts. Maybe self expression should,though.

I think self-expression should have post counts. Just wanted to add my voice there, not that my opinion counts. And Streaker's right. Some of the posts have points and uses. Like this one for example. It is in the teenhelp lounge area, is it not? And if I'm not mistaken, this one does have a point...

I dont really agree that self-expression should have post counts because people who reply can just abuse it for their post count to go up by just saying things like "It was good" and "I liked it".

If self expression did have post counts then there should be a rule about replys.. in my opinion.
