I just clicked on moderating team and not only did I realize that we have a *ton* of mods [whatever], but Teal has 4 forums to moderate. Why not just make her a supermod? And Teal wants to be a supermod, so that would be really nice to make her one [haha, let's be nice guys]. She helps out in a lot of forums, and mods 4 of them, so it just makes sense. Ok, there's my suggestion for the week. =0) <3

You realize how many supermods we got? We do need mods for regular forums also..I don't know whether or not Tealy should be a supermod(I have no say in the matter anyways) but we need localized help in the boards also, not just supermods.

I realize that, but have you noticed how many mods we have? We got like 5 in the last week if not more. It's pure madness. If she's going to have four forums anyway might as well let her mod them all. We only have 3 supermods and 18 mods. I counted, [yes, I count everything, OCD is fun, shuddup =0p].

well... I like tealy... but I hardly ever see her out of Chit Chat...

and she has 500 posts (estimation) and she has posts 300 posts in Chit Chat (another estimation) and well... supermods.... well need 2 help out in the teen issues or sex issues forum

ok, i know the positions are already filled, but i just wanted to point out that she is moderator of eating disorders, disorders, and bullies, so yeah i don't think she got those positions by only posting in chit-chat all the time. most of my posts are in chit-chat too, that doesn't mean i'm not a good moderator. <3

I dident say that she isent a good modertor.... I just said that many of her posts came from chit chat like... about 2/3rds (if my math is correct) and ...well... I think u are 1 of the best mods in the forums pixie... and u post in alot of other advice forums as well
