"I have a feeling that you're riding for some kind of a terrible, terrible fall. . . . This fall I think you're riding for-it's a special kind of fall, a horrible kind. The man falling isn't permitted to feel or hear himself hit bottom. He just keeps falling and falling. The whole arrangement's designed for men who, at some time or other in their lives, were looking for something their own environment couldn't supply them with. Or they thought their own environment couldn't supply them with. So they gave up looking. They gave it up before they ever really even got started"

Re: Computing Forum
I see what you're saying and in some ways I do agree. However, mostly I have to say that the "General" forum is where computer issues should go. The reason for this is we're a site for helping teenagers and we hardly, if ever, get computer related support questions. We answer them if and when they occur but I definitely have to say that there is in no way enough demand for this to be made a forum of its own. Thank you for the suggestion. It is good to know you and others want to improve TeenHelp.

Re: Computing Forum
nothing, because there is not enough need for one, we are a teen help site, not a computer help site. We do give computer help, but that's done via the General forum

If we had the forum we would ask questions that have to do with computer issues. People just sort of put random things in the General forum, because they don't know where else they would go, and some of them happen to be about computers. I say we have a computer forum, see how it goes for a few months, and if I am wrong then get rid of it.

Re: Computing Forum
If we did get a computer forum, Abbi, there are some posts about it, but there really aren't that mainy about it. It sorta like my job/carrerr forum that i wanted. You see some posts about it, but not really alot. There aren't enough for a full forums use. And if we did get one, the same questions would be asked over and over again because there really aren't that mainy things about a computer. I say just keep posting it in the General Forum.
