Bullies,

Post by junglemonkey »

I'm just curious.

Why is bullies under school issues? It is definitely not limited to school. Can be in the workplace, in the home, anywhere. I think bullies is a good forum for trouble that doesn't warrant abuse, but I don't feel it is a "school issue". Anyone agree?

She's so big hearted

but not so remarkable

just an ordinary humble girl

expecting nothing as we may

to think it's a pretty person's worth

you are beautiful

and you'd better go show it

so go and look again

you gotta be true only if you really wanna go to the top and you really wanna win

don't believe in living normal

just to satisfy demand

Well, if you wanna get free

and if wanna get smart by the sake of your heart

you should own your lame and stand up tall

Just leave it there. If there's bullies in the workplace, home, or whatever people can still post about it there. No need to nitpick.
Democracy. It rolls off the tongue nicely. Better than others. I can say it, spell it, define it, but can?t admit to ever believing it. So convoluted has it become that it has mesmerized generations into a comma of perfect sublimity. You dance to the music of your youth, identify with your own memory, become a time capsule of numb comfort. And there, mired in the exhaustion of a life in progress, you surrender your right to question for the luxury of not being bothered.

Bullies are commonly found in schools, and that is generally one of the first places that people have a bully experience. Most users on this site are still in school, and much of the trouble they will have with bullies will be at school.

Yes I know all that. I'm not suggesting it be changed or anything. I was watching Britains secret shame this morning lol and it just sorta struck me that bullying is not at all limited to school. Its a bit of a prejudice to have it in school issues.

Just asking lol

i agree, i watched the same program and was wondering just that.

i do also agree, after thought, with the other people though, that most people here are still at school, so a separate forum isnt needed, even though there are other bullying issues around.

I do, and TO NITPICK I think it should actually be moved.

If a forum is better fitted somewhere else then it needs to be there, you know, to make the boards more accessible and easier to follow for newbies.

Here's what I am thinking...we can create a link to the bullies forum. It will appear as a forum of its own, but when you click the name it will take you to the real bullies forum. This link appears as a forum so it can go in any category we want it to.

Where do you think "bullies" should be?
