On some websites, you can go onto like a radio which just plays music, and I thought it could be cool to have it here with all sorts of different music playing and if possible the news? You know, so you can help and also listen to the radio. Just an idea thats all.

Hey that would be cool. I like that idea, but I would have no idea how something like that would work. Also, dont you need permission from music artists or stations to do this? It could also make the sight slower couldnt it? I like it thought. Otherwise I just use my media player radio.

This is a help site, I don't think this is totally necessary. We had a proposal for something like this from an outside company once upona time and it was rejected. Think of the costs in maintaining this; royalties we have to pay for each song played, and the time. It's not possible.

Alternatively if you want something like this, we can make a list of radio stations in the areas we all live in... for instance, if you wish to listen to what I listen to ALL the time, you can kick back with Z103.5 in Toronto - http://www.z1035.fm/ except I don't listen to it on the web, I listen to it on the radio. However, if you wish to listen to what I always listen to on the web from work, you can tune into the Live Stream from Paris France - Frequence 3 at http://www.frequence3.org/ (Yes, I listen to French music, but that's only 1 or 2 French songs in an hour or so. Listen, you'll like the station, if you like Z103.5 music)



But ya, i don't think we could host one, legally that is....

No, we can't start broadcasting radio. The bandwidth demands are too great.
