Drinking Poem

Drinking Poem

-Thought it was catchy :P

When times get rough

When life gets to tough

Don't even worry about it

Don't give a shit

Just grab yourself a cup

Fill that baby up

Find yourself a glass

And don't stop drinking until you fall on your ass

i like it... except one thing... thats how a lot of people become alcoholics... and... you're basically just telling them to become alcoholics...

I agree with the whole telling them to be alcoholics but it's really someones choice in being an alcholic or not. I liked it and I'm not going to swig a drink because of this poem!

Meh.

Democracy. It rolls off the tongue nicely. Better than others. I can say it, spell it, define it, but can?t admit to ever believing it. So convoluted has it become that it has mesmerized generations into a comma of perfect sublimity. You dance to the music of your youth, identify with your own memory, become a time capsule of numb comfort. And there, mired in the exhaustion of a life in progress, you surrender your right to question for the luxury of not being bothered.

We've talked about this, Brad....

No drinking unless you've got enough for everyone else.... Well, for me at least.

She's just. like. me." - Bottom Feeder [Project 86]

I'm under no illusion

As to what I meant to you

But you made an impression

And sometimes I still feel the bruise

if that poem encourages someone to drink, they already had a problem.

its not like the poem says "drink and all your problems will go away! everyone will love you, and all that stuff about hangovers is a lie!"

if it just reminds them that beer is good and they should have some, then everybody grab a six-pack!!
It wasn't paradise...

but it was home

I don't remember when it all changed.

When it went from love to pleasant conversations.

I just want to be someone's little girl again.
